The event will feature a conversation around barbecue, in particular centered around Pat Martin's new book, Life of Fire: Mastering the Arts of Pit-Cooked Barbecue, The Grill, and The Smokehouse (Clarkson Potter, 2022). There will be a live fire pit with grilled chicken, cabbage, corn on the cob and Cornbread Hoecakes. We'll have live music and a cash bar as well.
