The Post and Courier invites you to experience the exclusive opportunity to get a first taste of the highly anticipated new restaurant, Chasing Sage! This dinner will celebrate the end of Food Editor Hanna Raskin's "Next Round" series and the heroism the restaurant industry has shown throughout the COVID-19 pandemic. 

About The Event

Be the first to experience the unique tastings of Chasing Sage. Guests will enjoy a 5-course meal of locally sourced and curated ingredients while enjoying the opportunity to hear from the owners of:

• Butcher & Bee
• Harold's Cabin 
• Vintage Lounge

Wine pairings are available for an additional fee. A la carte drink options available as well.

5:30 PM - 6:30 PM: Table seating  

6:30 PM: Brief programming led by Food Editor, Hanna Raskin, introducing the restaurants the Post and Courier has been following since the pandemic started. 

**Limited table seating available. Reservations are required.

• Select a time and table size from two, three, four, or five-seat tables. Please note, table seating is very limited. 
• Each guest will enjoy a 5-course meal of individual and shared plates.
• Service fee and tip are included with dinner and wine pairing.
