One of the biggest challenges posed by the Charleston area’s rapid growth is traffic congestion, and anyone following the news knows there’s a lively debate as far as what should be done about it. This Inside Business LIVE event will look at the obstacles and opportunities local leaders face as they grapple with extending Interstate 526, addressing other choke points, and improving public transportation. Like education, transportation is crucial to the region’s growth, prosperity and quality of life – and tackling it isn’t as simple as spending more money.
