Event Summary

Join us for the launch of the cookbook New Charleston Cuisine, a compilation of recipes from Charleston’s leading chefs as originally featured in Food Editor Hanna Raskin’s Cookbook Redux series for The Post and Courier. This three-course meal and cocktail hour will feature recipes from the book and several well-known local food experts including Shuai Wang, Alex Lira, Matt Lee, Brooks Reitz, Chelsey Conrad and Nathalie Dupree. Every attendee will receive a copy of the book.
