Help celebrate the launch of New Charleston Cuisine, a Post and Courier cookbook edited by food editor Hanna Raskin. 

New Charleston Cuisine: 50 Defining Recipes from the Holy City’s Top Kitchens is the first-ever compilation of recipes from Charleston’s leading contemporary chefs. All of the included recipes first debuted in Hanna’s The P&C Cookbook Redux column.

This three-course meal and cocktail hour will feature recipes from the book and several well-known local food experts including Shuai Wang, Alex Lira, Matt Lee, Brooks Reitz, Thai Phi, Chelsey Conrad and Nathalie Dupree. Every attendee will receive a copy of the book.

 

The celebration will be held at the Rice Mill on Wednesday November 1st from 6 p.m. to 9 p.m.
