Stress can have a serious hold on your life, but learning to manage it will leave you feeling happier, healthier, and more productive. It's all about balance, especially around the holiday season. Join our panel of specialists from Modern Minds to learn how to keep your mind, body and, spirit healthy and in synch during these unusual and often stressful times. 

 

Our panelists have a range of diverse areas of expertise, read more about them below!

 

Dr. Ashley Bullock -  Licensed Clinical Psychologist and Chief Psychology Officer at Modern Minds. Dr. Bullock has specialized training in Cognitive Behavior Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Family Systems Therapy. Her past research and teaching experience on grief, emotion regulation, and nonverbal behavior at Columbia University informs her clinical work.

 

Dr. Kevin Gray – Chief Medical Officer of Modern Minds and Professor of Psychiatry and Behavioral Sciences and Assistant Provost for Research Advancement at MUSC. Dr. Gray focuses on child and adolescent psychiatry, along with substance use disorders.

 

 

Kiera Molloy – Wellness Mentor at Modern Minds whose primary focus is helping clients implement their personalized wellness program (yoga, nutrition, etc) to support the interconnectedness between physical and mental health.
