Hunter will go over the basics of training and how to use a sample training plan. He will discuss training zones, how many hours/miles per week you should be riding for the event, types of efforts and how to improve your endurance. Along with the Q & A , Hunter will go over (2) key workouts that you should be doing in your preparation for the BASC.
