Staff shortages have been hampering Charleston restaurants for years, and the COVID-19 pandemic turned a problem into a crisis. In February, Butcher & Bee owner Michael Shemtov joined Food & Dining Editor Parker Milner for a discussion about the changes that could bring job candidates back to the food and beverage industry and how potential shifts could impact diners.
